    Hello! First of all sorry for my English, I know it is pretty bad. But anyways, I am 19 years old and I have been addicted to porn since I was 12 years old and now it is really bad: I masturbate daily several times. I am convinced that this addiction is ruining my life. I want to quit porn because of many many reasons: religious reasons, I have a girlfriend and it is evident that this horrible habit is running my relationship with her, health reasons, personal growth, porn is causing me many mental health problems, etc... I have tried to quit porn many times in the last 3 years but I have never succeed. I am here now to try to change this situation. It has been one day since the last time I masturbated and watched porn. I know the journey is difficult, but I hope to succeed this time.

    give it a try for at least one month , not down the changes u feel within you , i am sure after that you would like to do nofap for ever , find out your triggers and try to avoid them, spend time in a positive way , try learning a new skill
