Hello NoFap community, I've been a lurker on Reddit quite a while and NoFap immediately caught my attention. It never occurred to me my fapping frequently (practically everyday) could be an addiction althou I had always felt embarrassed by how much I did it and felt as if I was alone on that accord. I started rather early watching P around the age of 11 and MO around the age of 12. From then on I'd PMO almost everyday with "streaks" of 1-3 days mixed in once in a while. I've decided to take the potential addiction seriously as I'm beginning a new university after transferring from my previous one. I want to better myself socially, health wise and just have a good university experience. I'm attempting to commit myself to no more P or M with O only occurring with a partner. For anyone who beared through this, I really appreciate it and apologize if I used the terminology incorrectly. Have a great day to all!
