new to NoFap

Hi,

I just wanted to introduce myself and give a short intro. I'm a 27 year old male who is happily married to the love of my life. I've been using porn off-and-on since a teenager and it has recently became a hindrance on my sex life. My wife and I have been happily married for 3 years and sex is generally good, but lately I've found myself having a more difficult time wanting sex w/ her and I've been masturbating to porn more and more. I've been watching porn (in secret) throughout our entire marriage.

My goal is to essentially quit porn altogether. I've tried on my own and failed many times. I'm too embarrassed to go to anyone that I know, so I'm reaching out to the NoFap community for help.

Just to be clear, my goal is to not watch porn again and have a better sex life w/ my wife as a result. Does anyone have any recommendations?
