Hello, i am from Poland, when i saw this site 8 days ago i started challenge and feeling very good, i don't really want to fap now.
Thinking about that should i go for 14 or try 30 or 90 days at the beginning? Won't it be too big shock for my organizm?
    Sorry for language mistakes

Just take it one day at a time is what I say, although you can do baby steps from 14 to 30 to 90, etc. I consider those goals as a stepping stone rather than an end product because I don't consider end products necessary if going for a true metamorphosis.

  3. There is no shock... but your body will have to adjust from the unnatural stimulation. Research the "flatline" and don't freak out when it does happen. You will be fine. When you realise how much more aware and happy and energetic and socially confident and creative you are when not fapping... you will never want to go back to your old PMO habits.

    Hello again!
Today i just hit 14 days without PMO, this is my first attempt so i think it's a little succes. Thanks for your tips.
I have red the forum a little and i understood that others have their confidence benefits after 90 days, thats my main goal to increase my confidence so i don't interupt attpemt and im going further.
Don't know how far i will stand but slowly im getting used to live completly without porn and masturbate. I realized once that i will never see my favourite porns, that's sad :)

Wish me good luck :) and same to You guys

  5. Congratulation man. Why not put up a day counter? Keep going. Put the past behind you... and build your resolve never to return! PMO isn't real... do you want to live in falsehood or reality ?- the choice is really that simple.

    DAY 16
Yesterday i had a little crisis becouse i had a lot of free time and thoughts aprreared in my head but i have done what i should and didn't subject. Feeling good today and i have planned all my day so i don't experience boredom.

@Gav5 Of course i want to live in reality, didn't know before that PM is such destroying addiction. I just avoided physical health damaging addictions like cigaretes, drugs, regular alcohol drinking. I can say my body is very healthy and now i have to workout mental strenght. I think i am good at leaving addictions, for example i stopped cigaretes overnight by first attempt, it was 8 years ago and never smoking again.

  7. Boredom itself is not bad for you. Too much boredom is not good but encountering boredom in my experience will help your reboot. PMO produces a lot of pleasure in the brain... when you withdraw from that it tries to seek other forms of pleasure. This is often why (in many but not all instances) one addiction replaces another. Ive seen many people who have quit smoking gain weight overnight. This is not just because the smoking suppresses appetite but people turn to food to provide the same comfort that the cigarettes did. This is how I ended up with the problems with P-substitutes. I was searching for a way to get the same kicks. Once you come to the realisation that ANYTHING can form an addiction it will help your journey. Because the truth is, we should live doing everything in moderation. Ever seen a guy sitting in the couch flicking from one channel to the other....? this was me and Youtube... going from one thing to the next and next and next. Take some time to be quite and reflect on the reasons you are here... what are you trying to escape? God bless and keep you buddy. Keep on fighting.

    DAY 21
Ok i report 3 weeks free of PMO and first of all i want to say i passed big crisis in 17 or 18 day. I have felt it physically pain on my body, that was terrible, but my mind was still ok, i didn't even look on sexy girls on portals, just avoiding it all the time of the challange.
I registered first benefits of abstinence, i have more motivation to do something!!!. Today instead of sitting home and doing nothing productive, i went out to the city and approached 2 girls. Of course it went bad and they rejected me out but one of them gave me really beautiful smile meanwhile! Thats a very big injection of energy, i recommend everyone to approach girls on street!!!

  9. Glad you are now seeing more assertiveness. In the past few days I have been noticing more people will look at me and say hello when I look at them. Keep fighting those urges. Identify your week moments and learn from those close calls. Be blessed.
