New to NoFap...hope it fixes prone masturbation

    Hey guys,
    I am a 14 year old boy and have been in prone masturbating(facedown) since as young as 3. I'd say I watch porn an average of 4 times a week. I recently learned about the harm of prone masturbation and read that NoFap might help reboot my physical and mental sexual experience. I'll try my best and hope that this experience works.Not only is it bad for my body, it's also a sin in my religion...if any of you have the same problem please let me know of your tips or stories.
