New to NoFap Forum, Experienced in NoFap

I can happily say I have been cured by NoFap in the past. The journey is worth it.

New to the NoFap forum but experienced in the NoFap.

For me I was experiencing Delayed Ejaculation (DE) until I tried the NoFap. DE may sound like a good problem to have to some but in reality not being able to reach orgasm during sex becomes very frustrating. It can also affect women who begin to feel like it is their fault when truly it is down low penis sensitivity. This is mostly caused by excessive masturbation and porn. NoFap restores this sensitivity,

Like many others it took many attempts to get through the days, 3 months seemed impossible in the beginning as my best streaks were 3 to 7 days. Fortunately for me, my first NoFap success happened at 14 days (2 weeks) where I was finally able to reach orgasm during sex.

Now years later, I now know my limits. Whenever I masturbate regularly I know it takes me 2 - 3 weeks to reboot and fully return my sensitivity. When I keep masturbation out of my regular routine, it takes 1 - 3 days for my libido to maximise again after an orgasm from sex.

I'm very fortunate to be able to reboot after just 2 - 3 weeks as many on here are on much longer journeys due to various issues (PIED, PE, ED etc). I'd like to encourage everyone that your journey is worth it to get to the other side.

Even though I solved the problem I came to NoFap with, I would like to achieve the 3 month target myself and so my journey continues with a new challenge to reach.
