New to NoFap and in need of advice

Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I have been thinking about NoFap for sometime. I enjoy sex so I would like to continue this but I want to eliminate porn and masturbation. I wanted to ask people what are the benefits they have had when they stop? Its something thats new to me so I am interested to hear peoples views and I will likely be trying it out.
