New to NF

Hi my name is Thomas,

I have worked with nf in the past and have been on and off trying to break a porn addiction for two years. This is me giving it another shot. I discovered p before I discovered m so my brain is hardwired, making this so much more difficult (I’m not sure what normal sexual feelings feel like).

When I try and deny my addiction I get regular bouts of depression, when I think there is no hope sometimes I think of ending this attempt at life but there is always hope, I still have hope but I won’t lie I’m going into this process scared.
