    Hi, I'm Spartan459 and 23-year-old uni student.

    I'm new here and love what you guys are doing; its inspirational. I have been trying to stop PMO since around early teens but failed.

    I hope things will be different this time. Today is Day 1.

    Thank you. Tbh i dont have a proper strategy. I am just using sheer will (which hasnt worked for the last 10 years lol).

    I think I need to make a timetable for the week and keep myself busy. So i guess thats a start.
