    Hi All,

    My name is Ivi 28 years old and i have been “PMO” since I was 14 yrs of age.

    Im really glad to learn about such a group whom are open to motivate and encourage “noFap”.

    I intend to turn my life around since fap is really standing in my way to achieve many things.
    1st is my marriage im newly married for 8 months now and some problems started to arise from this matter.
    2nd is my career and level of confidence and energy.

    I would like to hear more on how to stay strong. This is my day 1.
