New NoFap Discovery

    Just discovered this site yesterday and thought "holy shit, that will probably work!".

    I've had some level of porn or masturbation addiction for a long time, I would say at least 20 years. Along with that I'm certainly suffering from death grip syndrome. As you all most likely know, this can have a serious affect to your normal sex life, and it most certainly is affecting mine. I've only experienced orgasm during regular intercourse probably half a dozen times in my life. I probably don't need to tell anybody on this forum that this is not fun.

    For some reason it was only yesterday that I found this forum and decided that I will give it a try. I think I owe this to myself and my wife. I know my wife would like me to orgasm "the normal way" so I better see if abstaining from P and M will help. I will not be abstaining from sex with my wife.

    But here goes, will start a reboot log as well.

    Welcome to the community!

    You're definitely not alone. My wife and I struggled with O through normal intercourse for the first 2 years of marriage; we put it down to mutual inexperience, but it's possible that my M habit didn't make matters easier. Abstaining from M while we were trying to conceive made a great difference for us.
