    I have joined NoFap in order to stop my 15 year porn addiction. I am starting my first day of reboot. I'm going for no porn, sexual images, masturbation, or sex. I'm trying for at least the 90 day mark but I am really hoping to go past that since its going to take a long time to undo 15 years. I was a moderate porn viewer initially but its really gotten out of control in the last few years so I am definitely going to need help.

    I have this habit for 13 years. Now I am trying to get rid out of this from my life. Help are available on this site about almost all aspects of life. Good luck to your journey.
