    Welcome!

    A PMO tracker is a progress bar for yourself. You set yourself a goal, add it to your signature and monitor your progress. It's also an accountability tool, for it only makes sense if you reset your counter when you relapse.

    Just click on my tracker/progress bar, and you'll be taken to a page where you can set up your own tracker.
