Hello, today i will start my reboot, my goal is to make 180 days with no PMO. About me: I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and depression, i'm a college student. Here i'll write a little about my days until i reach my goal.
Day 1 is done. I'm trying to establish a routine of meditation, exercises and studies. On day one i felt bad, i thought about my situation and things i want to change ,but none of them can be changed in this moment. Sorry about any grammar mistakes, english is not my native language and i have never studied it.
