New Journey w NoFap

Hey everyone. New here but not really new to the journey of nofap.

I’ve been recovering from porn and addiction intentionally for about 3 years going on 4. I started watching porn when I was seven and I’m in my early-mid twenties now. This is the worst addiction and habit I have ever experienced in my life. It has ruined past friendships, relationship with myself, work opportunities, and wreaked havoc on just about every aspect of my life. I’m trying now to really start over and build something amazing for myself and others.

I’m currently formally unemployed and trying to get back into the workforce. I’m apart of the LGBTQ+ community and a person of color so getting a job has been a struggle even McDonald’s won’t hire me. I’ve been trying to meditate and breathe to keep myself away from porn and get with therapist again, but I need a community outside of them to actually keep me motivated and have someone to talk to @ 2AM when I’m struggling to cope.
