Hello, this is mu first time here Im 23 yo and have been watching porn since i was around 12 or 13. The last few years i realised i have a porn/fap problem. Honestly ive tried several times to stop and even managed to the first few times but always got dragged back in. I do want to stop but i dunno if ill be able to. If there's anyone who can help me od take every help i can get
You are in the right place. The key point is to continue to focus on quitting. Doesn't matter if you relapse a million times, come back and reset your streak counter, and get back on track. You can use tools in this forum, like journaling, or participating in a challenge, and/or trying to get into an accountability group. Wish you all the best.
