    Hello guys, new entry here. I discovered nofap project a few days ago while I was searching for Models, a book of Mark Manson based on attracting girls through honesty. Before of that PMO was a common thing for me and I used to masturbate 2 or even 3 times a day according to my mood. I felt shitty.

    Some year ago I already started a thing like this, based on not masturbating for a while and then working more on their aspect and so on. I started to workout and focused more on my social anxiety, but after that things in my family began to aggravate (I don't wanna bore you explaining this kind of argument) I relapsed and went back to procrastination.

    Actually I'm 20 and this is my day 2. This morning I started to run again... I looked like a zombie... but I feel a lot better than yesterday.

    Thank you D.J. Actually close to day 5, I've read an useful article about the practice of edging (masturbating up to the edge of orgasm, then stopping to cool things down, then revving up again). I wasn't very informed about this devious strategy, but now I know it's wrong. I realized to have almost performed it at day 2 (I haven't masturbated myself, only imagined some erotic scenarios without even seeing porn) and I'm thinking if I have to reboot again from 0 or not. However, I know it's wrong and will never do it anymore.
