Hey! Found out about this site a month or two ago but havent joined until now. I dont know if I was just being lazy or afraid to start this journey but Im here now and looking for help. I started using porn when I was in college and it steadily grew into something more and more out of control. These days I find myself more depressed than ever before and its very easy for me to turn to porn and masturbation to push those feelings away. Now whenever I feel the slightest amount stress, porn is what I want to go to. Ive tried a number of internet blockers, recovery groups, and accountabilty groups, but nothing has ever worked out. Im 26 now and dont want this to control me anymore so your support would be appreciated. Thanks and glad to be here!
