New here - 3 problems for the price of one

Hey,
So i am new to this but finally admitting i have a problem. As with everyone else, too much porn, too much jerking off but i have managed to give myself an extra layer of problem, namely using poppers when i masturbate as well. Pretty much every day.
Needless to say, this extra layer of rush means that normal sex simply doesn't cut it, suffering from total lack of interest, and when i do try its a guaranteed fail, either can't keep it up or can't reach orgasm. The PM has been going on for...20 years maybe? But the poppers usage has got worse recently, and been deliberately seeking out JOI porn. This gets you off your head, rushing like mad, so normal sex becomes totally dull. Not good. Also fed up with creeping about, hiding bottles & lying to my wife.
So, enough is enough. Stopped on monday, 4 days ago, and nothing since. No poppers, no porn no jerking off. Unfollowed all the soft porn accounts on twitter i had, deleted the bookmarks, left the fb groups. And i feel....ok. Early days i guess, feel the urge occasionally but nothing too bad ....so far. Fortunately I have no physical addiction with the poppers, its psycological and associated with masturbation for me.
Very interested to hear from any other ppl in similar situation. Lets see how this changes my life, wish me luck!
