New guy to posting on here.

Hello everyone!
I've been reading NoFap forums for a couple months now, but hadn't joined up or posted. Been though several times of no PMO and many relapses. I believe in my intentions but I haven't been able to make it past two weeks PMO free, lately it has been one week free.
I have used porn since age 12 (almost 27 now). As access to porn online got easier I sought out more porn, more often. I've tried to quit it a few years ago with the Candeo program. I had success and had a record of 22 days. When my struggle to end porn viewing became too intense, I gave up and stopping trying to quit viewing it. Back then I didn't see masturbation as an issue.
As a shy guy, porn was an easy way to see girls naked. In real life I didn't think I was good enough to go out on dates in highschool. As I got older and went to college, I met more girls and had some crushes and hook ups but I haven't had a girlfriend and my sexual performance hasn't been what I hoped it could be. I think my PMO over the years has caused some issues to my normal sex drive since I have not been able to ejaculate while being with a woman.
Since I discovered NoFap, read into what porn and masturbation can do to the mind and body; I believe there is hope and a chance at a new life. I don't expect miracles but I do believe NoFap and all of you members can help me. I know hard work lies ahead for me. I also want to ramp up my exercise routine, which would mean actually starting a routine.
I believe there is strength through unity and I will help anyone I can. You can expect to see me around on the forums.
