Really so you were in the same case that me. The problem is i really lied a lot about my relation with porn and masturbation. I said things like : "i never jerk-off myself since i was 20 years" things like that. Very hard to reveal all my issues now... but i know that is the thing i should do, of course...

Yeah. Each day is a winning day when you stay clean. And i agree too : apparently the brain can build with the new good habits and replacing the old bad!!

Yeah, @No_More_Lies, you're right, but it's really hard for me toconfess all my sins to my wife. I would like to frre myself with out telling anyone except the community of course.
With @DiogoFSantos we have opened a thread about "Tell or not tell" i think you whould post on this thread, cause its a subject we speak often here on NoFap.
