I have been addicted to and watching porn for the past 10-12 years of my life. I am a 22 soon to be 23 year old male who has been in a committed relationship for little over a year now. I have since continued to watch porn, even through my gfs pregnancy, almost daily. I have seen and felt the grave consequences of porn on my intimacy and connection with my partner and I am deeply ashamed. I am currently in the labor and delivery room as she is soon to have my firstborn daughter. And I am coming back to NoFap to say that I am officially embarking on the journey to give up porn.
