    Hello everyone!

I'm Bigtad1987 and I joined NoFap because I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired of the damage Porn addiction has done to me since I was 18 on top of my pre-existing health problems I have,
Like Complex Sleep Apnea and Kidney failure.

I know I can beat this Problem by finding my strength from strong support in a Community who are incongruent with the same goal and live life to the fullest.

    Hail to the Faptronauts!

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    They are:

    1) limit my time on Technology and Social Media drastically for the next 120 days, only working on my Business.

    2) Cold Showers to deal with overwhelming urges to relapse.

    3) Visualisation/Meditation Deep Breathing Exercises to start my day, reasoning on how well my life would be alot better without Porn, that I'm working to get better, more sensitive and way more able to pick up cues from real females who enjoy my company, despite blocking that off out of feae of being hurt like in the past and relapsing to Hardcore Porn.

    4) write a daily Journal about the Journey, my daily struggles, how I beat the enemy that stretches my problem to a preconceived helpless problem as reward but truly a punishing dream crusher that needs to get flushed out of my system, only document the Battle for others to learn from my experience, thus making this Journey more than just anout me!

That link was helpful in planning out how to deal with this problem. I'm motivated by the long-term reward I'll have in good time, the Groundhog Day analogy of changing something I do today has lit a light bulb, I'm gonna hit it with everything I have.
