    Hey everybody. Good to have found this community. I'm going to follow TheUnderdog's advice. I've already started alterations on my life method, whether they'll stick I don't know. I might read 'The Slight Edge' as recommended by TheUnderdog. I went and slipped up today. When I got home I came to console myself with this forum that a friend only just showed me yesterday. Look forward to sharing with the community.
