New account pls help

Hi I'm new here (obviously), I created my account because my brainbuddy subscription is about to end(it's another porn recovery app). Right now I'm just trying to reboot. I've had trouble trying to stop fantasizing, I've masturbated for a full week once, and I just want to change. Pls help
