    Hi all,
    I have the same PMO issue, I guess I don’t know how to categorise it back then until lately when I realise that something is not right and it is getting worse. I don’t know if there are any categories or level of PMOs, but I guess we all started at something before we know it, we can’t control it - it is addiction. Tried to use my faith to deal with my addiction, I still do. Hopefully joining this forum or group could help me achieve total retention.
