I am on my day 10. i noticed that from last 2 3 days my dreams are more frequent and each dream is related to something sexual. My last dream was highly sexual while i was in full awareness in dream that i am doing nofap and its good to stay away but i was not aware that i was dreaming. when i woke up feel relief that it was a dream. It is not the case that i never dream before. but the dreams are more frequent than before and are much more real. Can someone explain this? thank you
You're on Day 10, so it's probably you acclimatising to the changes from being off PMO. Usually the frequency begins to fade the longer you go, though they can still occur at any time.
I guess the sexual feeling build up and leads to this or maybe you were triggered by something. Dont worry it will go away.
