Neutral emotions?

6–7 days in, and I feel very neutral. It's some sort of double-edged sword, really.

I had really no highs and lows like I used to back when I PMO, and on the first few days quitting PMO. It's just feel neutral, or empty even.

But not in a bad way or good way. It's just that; extremely neutral

I usually have motivations to do things, even PMO. But now, nothing.
However, at the same time, I feel capable and have more energy + clarity to do things, even without the enthusiasm.

It's like feeling nothing, just waiting for me to do something. No motivation at all, nor self-loathing. It's just stable and neutral.

The downside is I wanted my enthusiasm back, but I can't. I want to feel excited again, but my brain just feels bored and neutral for the rest of the day now (exception to certain cases)

I usually do creative writing as a part of my hobby, but even that loses it's "extreme enthusiasm". It just feels normal.
