    Hi,
Throughout my childhood and adolescence so far (I'm 22) I've been addicted to pornography, especially at TG / Crossdresser / Sissy. I have practically more time of my life on Addict Porn than Life in Freedom!

I'm getting ready to start the monk mode journey for a period of 7 ~ 10 months.
(NoFap, not using porn, NoSugar, NoJunkFood, etc.).

    - Would it be interesting to do neurological tests to see if there will be any changes in the brain after this period? (Before and After Exam)

    - Can any damage caused by pornography to the brain be reversed or cured ?
(mainly fetish feminization, submissive, girly fantasies)

Porn is powerful but that shit may not be able to totally destroy the human mind.
    Semen Retention over Porn.

I don't know about this sugar and junk food stuff, but I know that it is proven many times how porn affect our brain and changes the perception of our thinking. Many have tried to stay away including me and we got some great benefits. I was very deep in the things mentioned above, and some other 100 fetishes, and I can tell you from the first hand that it makes things a lot different. What I don't like is this 7-10 months. No, you should do it forever. There is no sense in doing it for 10 months and stop after that and going back again into something very harmful.

  3. Hi Welcome,

Yes you certainly will overcome that dark fetishes like sissy femdom etc.
I've been there as well and feel free of it.
Do the work and grow out of it!

Hey kwplen. Im about the same age as you (23) and well experienced personally in sissy, TG and CD pornography. Its great to hear that you have chosen to create a better version of yourself.

In terms of the permanent changes pornography makes to your brain it is unlikely that you will ever be entirely free of pornographies pathways in your mind. Often fetishes such as latex, foot fetish, cross dressing and many others are acquired early on in our childhood and will remain with us for the rest of our lives. This does not, however, mean that you mind will always be "damaged" by pornography. You are only damaged so long as these pathways in your mind are causing distress or making you dysfunctional. What that means to each of us is different. Our brains do also have immense capacity for change especially while we are still young and determined. You can learn to combat or redirect your urges in a positive way and over time your urges should decrease.

Monk mode is a monumental undertaking. Go hard, but remember when you have a setback to get back on the horse. Even if you have already fucked up everything that day just do the next thing right, it still matters. Good luck with your journey.

For the sake of curiousity, i believe it would be pretty cool to see the changes in the brain through neurological tests, but wher woukd you get them?

Also, i agree with the previous statement that whatever fetishes and crap weve gotten addicted to, its gonna stay with us forever. But i believe its possible to rewire our brains to have normal healthy pleasure from normal sex, even after us getting into all this. Youll train your brain to not have as much doapmine flooded jnto it through these fetishes and eventually when you have sex, itll be amazing.

Doing monk mode is hardcore bro, and i admire you for even going into it. But stick with if! Thats the hardest part of any challenge. Even if you do it for just one month, there will be changes but dont just stop fighting altogether. Like mentioned before, our addiction wil always be with us, maybe not as strong later on, but its still there and can be ignited again if we let it.
