    Hey everyone, I am new to this Forum and and have been watching porn since I was 15 years old. The last couple of years I have been getting better from abstaining from it 2 months there, 4 months there, but lately I have been watching a lot. I would probably say the last 2 months have been bad. It has beascially become a porn binge with masturbation. I am here for support and feedback from others and their situations. I will consistently be checking this website everyday to update you guys on what's going on so wish me luck this is day one and so far so good but I need your support so please answer my treads with your own posts. Thanks again guys and I am proud to join the coumminty of nofappers.
