Recently, I have read alot concerning the challenge and its relevant matters. But, first a little backstory; I apologise in advance if it is too long!

So, like most youngsters I started masturbating when I was around 10 years old. Back then, it was something new and fun so I could do it a couple of times a day. I am 21 now and usually do it once, maybe twice a day. I do not feel bad after it; I actually feel relaxed. I also do not have ED or a low libido. I do not have problems getting turned on or climaxing when I am with girls.

Therefore, is it necessary for me to do the challenge? I do not consider myself a porn addict (or maybe my brain convinces me I am not), but I did watch it when I masturbated (daily base). Currently, I am porn & fap free for 11 days. The benefits I have noticed so far are: I feel more energised in the morning and I need less sleep. I actually do not mind doing the challenge, but I can honestly say I enjoyed watching porn (or my twisted brain is deceiving me :p).

People who opposed the challenge said that masturbating once a week is natural which I thought as well, but this was quickly negated by others saying it is unnatural. So, I am in quite a dilemma; I read that you can never watch porn or even masturbate unless during intercourse and I find that quite sad since I like watching (lol).

Hopefully, there is someone out there who might have had the same issues. In any case, I will try to remain porn & fap free, however I find it kind of sad or boring if I can never watch porn again. Thanks for reading.

edit: This is my first post and I would like to say I respect those who stopped for very long periods of time.
