Need some advices

  1. Hi guys !

    I have trouble with porn for a long time now. When i was young, i didn't have internet so the only things i could watch were some playboy magazines from my dad.
    Everything changed when i got to college and with it, internet connexion.

    At first it was from time to time, but it started to get out of hand pretty quickly...
    Sometimes i would just fap for hours without going to school and smoking weed everyday... At least i've stopped weed but fapping seems soooo hard for me.

    Seeing a beautiful woman in a movie, a video or just internet make me want to fap.
    Now i fap almost everyday, everytime i see something attractive or im alone i go fap. And i always feel down ,sad and dejected afterword. Especially because i went from "normal" porn, to hardcore to all kind of sick stuff. Now i find myself looking at transwoman porn and very violent stuff and i feel disgusted... It was new so it got my interest although i don't feel attracted by men, trans and masculine women IRL and people who know me say that im a really kind and loving personn...

    I feel like watching porn and fapping everyday made me incompetent, less attractive to women, self conscious.... I'v tried stopping but i can't go through 2 weeks, wich is sad because in that time, without fapping, i feel very powerful and confident.

    It's been almost 8 years like that and im struggleling with my sentimental life. I really wich i could stop and find myself an intresting women to live with...

    Do you guys have some advice for a beginner in NoFap ????

    I think you should figure out your goal in life, or at least a short to mid-term goal that is desirable enough, Smth to be you north star in this journey.
    Then, on top of that write down how stopping PMO will help you achieve your dream/goal.
    NOW, you need to start implementing new habits in your daily routine that will help build willpower & self-awareness :
    • Journaling
    • Exercising
    • Meditation
    • Reading
    • Cold-showers
    • No-arousal method
    You will also need to write down what strategies to use to counter urges.

    Cold showers
    Journaling
    Meditation
    And your set! Also just be outside cause you can't beat out in the public:D
