I’m sorry if this sounds simplistic and trite, but here’s what to do if you are really committed to abstinence.

Stay busy, mostly out of the house.

Don’t use your phone for anything but communication. No Internet, no scrolling.

While you are outside the house doing cool stuff, don’t fantasize. Focus on the cool thing you’re doing, or have ideas pre-loaded at the beginning of the day to think about instead of how attractive this random person is or what you’d like to do one day. Think about philosophy, spirituality, your next five moves, anything but eroticism.

Do that, and you’ll have a PMO free Summer. If you keep yourself inside and alone with your Internet connection and empty thoughts, porn will fill the void. Guaranteed.

    Good advices from Meshuga.
Block access to porn on all of your devices. It is possible. with Safe DNS - search YouTube for how to do it.
If God is present in your life - turn to religion. Confess.
When ever you have intrusive thoughts, create your method to let it go away. Relapse starts with erotic thoughts, day dreaming and fantasizing.
    keep strong!
    God loves you!

I actually just posted a thread here on my success story.

So first I'll ask you, are you trying to give up PMO forever or temporarily? And be honest with yourself, do you actually WANT to quit or do you only PARTIALLY want to quit?

One week is not enough for me to see “results,” just enough to piss me off but other people have different experiences. One step at a time, baby
