    Hello everyone
    I have been addicted to masturbation and porn for 10years already suffering the effects(erectyle dysfunction).
    I have never loved myself growing up.
    I'm 26years from Africa based in America now, there have been times I tried to quit like for 6months and before I knew it I will fall back on it again.
    I'm a very talented and interesting person to be with masturbation has destroyed my life. I need help, I came here because I think the reason I haven't been able to totally quit was because I kept it a secret.
    So guys please I need someone to help me e fight this addiction

    There are a lot of resources here, and many many people (myself included) struggling with it. It's a tough thing to beat, but it can be beaten. Just joining and acknowledging that it needs to be dealt with is a step in the right direction.
