Need help please

    Hi nofappers, today i completed 120 days, 4 months. im so happy thanks to god. I still didn't end the streak, but i just want to end it soon. i want to create a system for me to masturbate without porn nor imagination, just 2 times everyweek, every saturday and tuesday from.. but im still confused and i didn't take my decision yet..

    Also i have a problem that i dont get a boner without touching myself ( even looking at something or fantasizing ) it always need a touch for a few seconds ( 10-15 seconds ) or rubbing it with my bed to start getting hard, i think thats not a problem.. because i heard before that we are all diferent.. some ppl need a phyiscal stimulation to get hard, others no, only by mental stimulation. But it still requires an explanation for me, to calm myself down. i'm afraid of having an organic disease.

    Did you used to become aroused by mental stimulation? i.e.... was there ever a time in your life when you became aroused just by watching a movie or something?

    Second.... your brain is trying to trick you into masturbating. Your brain is still addicted to the hit of dopamine. It is like an alcoholic saying "I will only drink beer, but not rum"..... it wouldn't be long before he was back into the rum.

    We would you want to masturbate at all? It's still fake sex. Keep healing so you can have sex with real women.

    You could ask those who has started fapping after a long streak. I am sure there are people somewhere on this forum who have done that. Btw 2 times per week might be excess.

    Think back to the last time you masturbated. Really think about it. Was it enjoyable? maybe, but not nearly what you are imaging it will be. Masturbation just isn't worth it. I agree that your brain is just trying to get that dopamine hit again. I would really suggest just leaving it alone. Stop testing yourself and edging (which is masturbating) stop telling yourself that you just want a little bit. You know that's not how addiction works. Masturbation is still addicting and still fake sex. You're better than that.

    I dont remember i get aroused by movie i also had to touch it, or it rubs with my pants and gets hard.. but how when i look at short scene or try to fantasize, no erection unfortunaly.. but when i touch it for 10 seconds it begins to erect.. do i have organic dieases?

    You may not be interested in hearing this, but as a veteran relapser, I can tell you when you start to look at pictures/videos/touch yourself/allow lust into your life, even in thoughts, you start yourself down the road to failure. Avoid these triggers always. If you find yourself starting, get up and leave the room. As soon as you feel an urge, just go do something to distract yourself before it gains strength. It's tempting to allow them since they are enjoyable, but they will soon lead to much more suffering then they do pleasure.
    Some people say they have success moderating how often they masturbate, at least in the short term, but other will tell you how they tried it and ended up deeply tangled in addiction again. Take time to consider that before you return to something you fought so hard to escape.
