    I got my 1 day nofap, after bingeing on escort sites all day yesterday.

    I started thinking about a couple i liked and i am super tempted to see one tonight.

    I know I shouldn't, but it's like i am fighting my biology here.

    Please help me!

    I just hit the panic button - emergency, although this isnt about prostitues but instead fapping, i feel teh same logic applies. Every time i saw a prostitute i felt it wasnt worth it and i wasted my money and risked getting jumped, robbed or arrested for nothing. Thoug I could use some support and encouragement if you guys see this

    Go one day at the time, do your BEST to go after this day and then the day after, if you relapse then give you the chance to recognize you're not where you were at craving on prostitutes without caring, now you care, you are conscious, you're becoming already better, do your best now to recognize it, BE STRONG, YOU GOT THIS
