Hey, I am on day 21 on nofap, and the last couple of days have been a bit tough. My dick is so sore, I would almost say it hurts, and it makes it hard to focus. It is a kind of tension, and I feel it would stop if I ejaculated. And also it is producing a ridiculous amount of precum throughout the day. Is it normal and will it stop?
