    Hi everybody.. I wanna ask a question for the olders people in the nofap programme. Is sexual relations recommanded during the reboot période; i precise that i am un the fifth month NoFap no porn... Thanx all

    Thanx for your answer... M'y programme ils to be so far from porn and fapping. As son as possible, i improved hardly my situation but am still nervous and anxious before sexual acte. Honnestly stopping porn is so easy for me but fapping is very difficulte... Excuse my bad english
