Need advice

    Hi guys. New to the forum.

    I need advice. The maximum nofap time I got to was about 10 days and was amazed. Energy and motivation was crazy, voice deep like I've never had before, etc.

    But then I get to the point some days where I can't think of anything but sex, and I relapse and then find it hard to start a streak again. Usually the maximum I can do is 3 days or so, sometimes can't even do 1 day.

    I work from home so it's really difficult. When I'm around people it's easier to keep distracted. I put a porn blocker on my computer, but as soon as I see a pretty woman on FB or Youtube I get horny AF.

    Any advice? What do i do when I'm so horny that I can't focus on work.

    I googled them. I forgot what the ecaxt website was. The one that scared me the most is that we can get ED when masturbating is done in a long period of time. It also mentions about how the grip of our hand is tighter than the real pussy's grip and that tend to make us feel not satisfied by the real pussies since we are used to our hand's tight grip.
