Drew this out the other night and thought I'd throw it in here...I guess what I'm trying to get at is that motivation leads to good habits, which can only enforced with discipline and God's help. Hopefully, you rely on motivation very sparingly - most of the hard work is done habitually. This just helped me lay out how I should be going about recovery. Thoughts?
