Just my personal space to write my journey; started from the day 0. ................................ I managed to stop watching porn for 3 weeks because attending an annual camp for the military services. Within that period of time, I didn't think so much on watching nudity, sex and whatnot. But when I came back home.. Everything started all over again. One week had passed, I already PMO twice and the 'O' alone was three times. I hope I can recover and gain support from this community.
There is light in the end of tunnel my friend... U accepted the problem and thinking about it is 1st victory.. Start from step 1 and u can achieve ur goal .. go strong

Based from my experience, I will relapse on the day 14. It was my limit in abstaining PMO. As of now, my target is to achieve a small victory from the 1st two weeks, to the next and so on. Week 1/ Day 1 I made my day busy by helping mum on the kitchen. I spent most of my time with family and try to not think about the PMO. On the night, I watched Along With The Gods: The Two World in the Cinema with my best friend. It reminds me on the afterlife and why I shouldn't betray myself anymore. We definitely will die sometimes in our life and what we want to be remembered as are important. I won't die in regret. Stop the PMO is a must!

The purpose of this aayah is to cut the roots of desires. For example, you are surfing the internet, suddenly an ad appears in which there is an attractive woman if you lower your gaze you will be able to avoid getting attracted but if you dont, you will end up watching porn or even masturbating. I will help you more with this, brother. I never lasted 3 days but this time i made a pure intention and i asked allah to forgive my sins and i can feel that help from allah. while outside always keep your eyes down even if they are your cousins and finally strive to change yoursel not only you have to abstain from PMO but all the sins (major first) and request allah to give you hidayat and me and keep us on that untill we both die. I’ll be honest with you religion isn’t the answer in this situation I’m a Muslim and I’ve had this problem for a while and I can tell you right now religion isn’t going to help anyone
I know, I have tried it with these things it didnt work for me too but atleast they keep you reminding for what you are doing it for, it kinda acts like a shield from satan but.
