My Testosterone is too low!

  2. Don't know about those but peppermint definately lowers T. Cold showers won't be bad for adrenals and thyroid. I take them 2x a day

  3. Good to know, it seems like testosterone is so volatile that you have to avoid loads of things. Women on the other hand have it easy - so many xenoestrogens that if you want to boost your E levels, there's nothing easier than that. :p I wonder what except saturated fat, eggs and lifting weights (which is actually bad for adrenals) boots testosterone. I have Tribulus but it's a MAOI so you should eat nothing but salads not to have the side effects. Really starting to hate my adrenals for everything they've done to me.
