    Hello! august 6 2020 I've quit the porn. 24 august I've met a girl from tinder, and on a first met we had sex. Then we started our relationships, all september we had regular casual sex. In october our relationships start falling apart. We only had sex twice in October. I became more irritable. All this time I have increased my strength,I have more vegetation all over my body, I feel that my testosterone level is going UP. I didn't watch porn or masturbate all this time. October 30 she left me. All last days without sex, and I also have had covid, so I was isolated in my apartaments, and today Ocotber 31 I masturbate on photo of my ex girlfriend and the memories of our sex, pictures in my head. I feel nothing, just a little relief. What should I do? Start no nut november or keep masturbate on my imagination pictures to get relief due to a break in relations?

  2. NoFap should be your goal. Forget about the NoNut November nonsense. If you keep masturbating, what’s going to happen is that your going to be addicted to that temporary relief from pain. Which in turn will make things worse for you. Take a look at the addiction cycle below:
