    hey.

    so my story with quitting porn and masturbation start 4 years ago.

    I'm now 25 years old and the last 4 years I have been trying to quit but failed every time,

    the longest time I had with no fapping its 3 weeks. (i did watch porn).

    a week and a half ago I relapse after 1 week, and I had a mental break down.

    I was crying and got so angry at myself, why it's so hard!!? after I calm down, for the first time I started to read about porn addiction, and I found the NoFap.

    now I'm ready to kill this addiction and have the life I want. I really think most of my problems come because of this addiction. thank you for reading!
