My brother is very addicted to porn. I’m trying to get him to quit but he’s almost glued to his phone. I would really like for him to quit even if it’s just for a couple of days. What should I do?
You try your best. If you really want him to quit, do everything you can. Show him this site, or the YourBrainOnPorn website. Things like that. I know it's your brother, but don't feel guilty or upset if it doesn't work. It's hard to change people and most of the time, you can't change them at all. The culprit is this fucking society, but again, you can't do much. Do your best like I said. I hope your brother will realize what kind of shit he will have to deal with if he doesn't stop now, but I wouldn't expect much if I were you. Stay strong.
