Has probably been the culprit in me not passing my road test for driving, and that's something I need some advice on curing. How do I decrease the effects from brain fog so I'm not too overly anxious? Obviously I gotta eliminate PMO, but this has been a horrible issue.

Find a few healthy habits that you enjoy and stick to them! Something not so demanding and that you can replace the PMO with. Like going for walks, reading stephen king-books or going to sportevents.

Practice this with self-care and be nice to yourself when things go not as planned.:)

When going to the gym, how does one start? Machines or the freeweights? Or does it not matter?
