Hi everyone. I am your new fellow fapstronaut, and I am having a go at this NoFap challenge once again. I am still in my teens, and this isn't new for me. I have tried this challenge before, but my longest streak is 27 days, and I am looking to go past 27.

I got introduced to p*** when I was 12, and although I was always good in studies and fairly good in sports too, I was always struggling with loneliness. I got severely addicted to it when I was 13, and at that time, I didn't knew about the ill effects of PMO, as I hadn't shared about this to anyone. But once I came across the term Nofap, and discovered how this bad habit could potentially destroy my future, I decided to quit PMO. I thought that this would be easy, but it turned out to be too tough and my first streak was of about 3 days. I was 14 at that time and I tried a few more times, but unfortunately I got back into PMO. for the next year and half, I continued to struggle from this addiction. During my 10nth standard, along with loneliness and mathematics, I struggled to break out from PMO. I started playing sports to be physically active, but in the end, I always ended my streak due to loneliness. I passed my 10nth exams with very good grades ( above 90%), but then immediately after the exams, Covid 19 came and in the lockdown I became more addicted to PMO. Now as the lockdown has been lifted, and I have tried to try this challenge again and again, and this should be my most successful attempt. I will try to write here as frquently as possible. I am starting from day 3 as I have already completed two days.

Day 3 : The day began with cricket practice, as it is winter season, I wake up a bit late, and went to the practice. Batted and Bowled for nearly 3 hours. Came home, rested and then again went for the practice. I am getting better and better in this. Came home cooked, and the day is over.

I had a relapse on Nov 22. After that I tried to keep myself busy, and spent most of the time in the ground.
Day 5 : another tough day in the ground. Going in the morning, I have been bowling too much, and haven't got any rest. Studies are on a break. No social life, not much to do except practice cricket

Day 6: Again a hard day on the field, but I guess practice makes a man perfect. Nearly relapsed in the day, but fortunately, I didn't. Apart from that, have been keeping up a good diet. Overall, another gain in sports.
