My list of good habits that I will follow

    I decided to list everything I try to do to improve my life. This doesn't have much meaning, but I'm hoping I will look back to this thread whenever I'm feeling like giving up.

    NoFap:
    I am aiming for at least a year of total no PM(O), after which I'll probably M once a month or something.

    Gym:
    I'll try to go to the gym 3x a week. I also need to find a routine plan asap.

    Eating:
    I've been underweight my whole life (-cough- 15 years), so I need to start eating more.
    I've already gained 7kg during 3 months which is good, but I'm still underweight.

    Sleeping:
    This has been the hardest, actually I haven't even slept well this month.
    I need to go sleep wayyy earlier, hell I'm posting this thread at 2:40 AM my time.. I definitely need to change this as soon as possible

    @Custody Great list! You say you need to find a gym plan ASAP. You should search up 'Kinobody'.This is the best fitness enthusiast out there by far. He promotes training 3 times a week, but training heavy with low reps. This is strength training. What most other fitness enthusiast say to train at least 4 times a week, better to do 6 and to do lower weights with more reps. This isn't right as heavier weight will cause more damage to the muscle fibres which means that strength training causes more muscle development in a shorter amount of time.

    This is just one thing he promotes. I won't go into the details of the rest, but here are some more:

    - Intermittent Fasting

    - You should only use supplements when you are at least an intermittent lifter, supplements don't get you results they give you a little extra help when you have plateaued. Also not all supplements are needed anyway, most out there are BS.

    - He promotes training to get a "Hollywood Physique" - nice round shoulders(3D delts), strong development in the upper chest, wide back(V taper) and proportionate legs.

    As far as I know M is selfish, it will want more of you and you will soon be doing it everyday.
    Please completely walk away, nothing compares to the warm awesome vagina of a woman. Please quit PMO completely, get a girlfriend and be better at life.

    I mean sure, if I do get a gf within the year why not continue, but if I don't, I'll probably go back to M once a month.
    I don't find M too bad personally, only the porn part. I just wanna do a huge reboot right now and then go back to rare m. I still wont do it often, only rarely
     
  6. It's solid! I would add 30-60 minutes of reading a day and meditation.

    Succeed in reboot, walk away completely from M. It won't help you.
