    Nothing new except for the fact that lately I'm experiencing too much energy in the lower part of my body, feeling it as tingling, just like when you have a part of your body that is asleep, but not as annoying, my energy levels are also going up exponentially.

    @gagate how do you meet your teacher?

    I tried to find teacher but haven't succeed.
    I heard saying: "The teacher will come when the student is ready"
    Do you have any suggestion what should I prepare to be ready and able to meet the teacher?
