Day 12. Chest and triceps day. Weight 64.4kg Target 70kg (+5.6kg) Either the weighing scale is broken or I'm hallucinating. Can someone's weight fluctuate 1-1.5kg each day? I'll stick to the new diet and see how it's working. Hope it continues to be effective time and I dont find my weight back to 63kg tmrw.
This commonly happens to me. I notice you worked legs yesterday. They could be holding some water from your workout. You could be better hydrated as well. Water is around 8lbs per gallon.
@Reghu You're on the right path, gaining will be slower than losing, but as long as you stick to the path you will get there eventually friend! Keep it up! Yep, I would say that's somewhat normal, my weight often does fluctuate to that amount, depending from what I eat; how much sodium and carbs that day.

Day 18. Missed my workout due to late working hours on that day. Missed breakfast as well. Day 19. Chest and triceps workout.
Day 23. Rest day. I am going on a week long vacation, so I won't be able to exercise this week. Will try to do some bodyweight exercises as an alternative.
Day 1. After a long time, was able to restart gym. Did Back and biceps Weight 64.5kg Target 70 kg (+5.5kg)
Slight change. I started counting from day 1 though my counter starts from 0. So Day 3. Rest day. My body hurts like hell, maybe cause I didn't workout for 2 weeks. I think I will need rest even tomorrow. Let's see.
